Comic book coloring is a unique discipline where a combination of full digital painting and keen graphic design decisions are both required to accentuate the underlying line art, amplify storytelling beats, and add to the mood intended by the writer and artist. It's also a highly technical production job requiring strict adherence to publisher specifications and awareness of how the final output will be reproduced in both digital and print formats.
